Annual Meeting
December 8 @ 11:45 am – 2:00 pm
As required by the Bylaws, an annual meeting of the Congregation will be held in the sanctuary Sunday, December 8th, at 11:45 AM after the service.
All members will receive an emailed copy of the annual report to the Congregation. If you would like a hard copy, please contact the Congregational Administrator Kris Kilcoyne at admin@uuwausau.org or (715) 842-3697 to make arrangements.
The following documents will be included in the annual report:
- Reports of officers and staff
- An election slate for members to the Board of Trustees, the Endowment Committee, and the Nominating Committee
- The annual budget
- Minutes from the last annual meeting
- A notice of any bylaw changes.
During the meeting, the Congregation will be asked to vote on the next year’s officers, the annual budget, and any proposed bylaw changes.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can also request an absentee ballot ahead of time. This would then need to be returned to the church by the day of the annual meeting in order to be included in the vote. Please contact Kris if you want an absentee ballot.
All church members are allowed to vote.
