Join teacher Larry Riddle and others in our beautiful atrium for stretching and Qi Gong. The stretching portion of the classes lasts for about 90 minutes and is required. Beginners welcome. Wear loose-fitting clothes and flat tennis shoes, if you have them. Classes are free and open to the public.
