Zen Book Group

October 7 @ 6:30 pm 8:00 pm

Fall Read: Everyday Zen

This fall, the Zen Book Group will explore Everyday Zen: Love & Work, Charlotte Joko Beck’s practical and deeply grounded reflections on bringing Zen practice into the ordinary circumstances of our lives. Together, we’ll consider what it means to practice awareness, compassion, and presence not apart from everyday life, but right in the midst of our relationships, struggles, choices, and work.

We’ll meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 6:30–8:00 PM. Each gathering will begin with a short group meditation, followed by discussion of the reading. No prior meditation or Zen experience is necessary—come curious and ready to explore.

We're Hiring!
