Community Focus Collection (CFC)
On the third weekend of each month (September – May), our Sunday collection is given to a pre-selected Ministry Partner, organization, or cause that puts our values into practice.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral Wisconsin has been serving at-risk youth since 1976. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral Wisconsin is the gold standard in youth mentoring. By matching children with a positive role model, we are building stronger communities one relationship at a time.
Big Brothers Big Sisters serves children ages 6 through 14 that are struggling emotionally, socially, academically, and behaviorally. Currently, our service areas include: Marathon County, Abbotsford and the Merrill Area. Our School-Based Program serves the districts of: Abbotsford, Athens, D.C. Everest, Marathon, Merrill, Mosinee, and Wausau.

Sermons at UU Wausau encompass many topics, but always with the intent of cultivating dialogue and fostering growth. On any given Sunday, you will hear a sermon that stimulates your thinking about life, opens a new perspective on the Bible, or speaks to the state of the world with words of hope or healing.
