Our civilization is driven by two fundamental powers – fear and love.  We will look at how those powers manifest in today’s world, and how they must be understood in the coming age of artificial intelligence.

Bio:  Mark is a wondering wanderer with a penchant for exploring new places and ideas.  He was ordained by First Parish in Concord, MA (UU) in 2018 and has served almost ten years as a hospice chaplain in Door County.  In 2019 he became President of the Wisconsin UU State Action Network, building collaboration among UU congregations throughout Wisconsin.  Mark lives in Door County with Christina, his wife of over 50 years.
