Summer Religious Education

This Summer, running June 16 – August 18, our Sunday morning RE sessions are all about getting outside and playing! This year we are focusing on using our imaginations to build, create, and explore. Session themes include blanket forts, fairy houses, paper airplanes, a scavenger hunt field trip, obstacle courses, and more!
The group will meet in the lobby on Sundays at 10:30 am. Children should come dressed for the weather (sunscreen, hat, light jacket for chilly mornings, etc.), and in inclement weather, we will move our play indoors.
Summer RE is geared for kids in preschool – 5th grade but is open to older children.
Themes:
- June 16: Game Day
- June 23: Fairy Houses
- June 30: Paper Airplanes
- July 7: Parachute Games
- July 14: Scavenger Hunt (start/end at Yawkey Gardens)
- July 21: Blanket Forts
- July 28: Body Percussion
- August 4: Theme TBD
- August 11: Obstacle Course
- August 18: Mini Golf
