Managing Caregiver Stress · ADRC Workshop

The ADRC of Central Wisconsin is hosting a free 1-hour workshop for caregivers on August 15, at 10:00 AM. The ‘Managing Caregiver Stress’ workshop will help caregivers take a closer look at the stress in their lives, what might be causing that stress, and ways to better deal with that stress.
The class is free and will be held at the ADRC office at 2600 Stewart Avenue, Suite 25, Wausau. Virtual class options are also available.
