A Three-Session Meditation & Mindfulness Community
May 18 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

In times of uncertainty – whether facing personal challenges, transitions, or the shifting landscape of our world – we can come together as a community to build resilience. Mindfulness and meditation offer powerful tools to navigate these moments with clarity and compassion.
For our final session, we’ll explore how loving-kindness meditation can become part of our daily lives. You may recognize its beautiful melody from our Sunday services—now, we’ll practice extending compassion to ourselves and others, deepening our sense of connection and care.
Each session will include a period of silent meditation with gentle guidance, followed by time to share your experience with fellow participants.
