Opening the Hand of Thought: Foundations of Zen Buddhist Practice

Join fellow UU Wausau members for a six-month journey through Opening the Hand of Thought by Kosho Uchiyama, an introduction to Zen Buddhist practice that “goes directly to the heart of Zen practice,” exploring self, peace, and interconnection.
The group begins on Wednesday, November 12, and will then meet on the first Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6:30–8:00 pm, through April. Each session will cover 1–2 chapters with guiding questions shared in advance.
