UU Goods & Services Auction

May 4 @ 5:30 pm 8:30 pm

“BACK TOGETHER AGAIN” – UU GOODS & SERVICES AUCTION 2024

TICKET SALES AND DONATIONS

This year’s UU Goods and Services Auction – “Back Together Again”  will be held on Saturday night May 4th 5:30 – 8:30 pm. Church will be transformed with rooms of amazing auction items along with heavy hors d’oeuvres, delicious desserts and beverages.  This wonderful evening of eating, socialization and auction offerings only happens once every two years. It is a great opportunity to spend time with new and old UU friends in a fun social setting.

TICKETS:  Price is $30 and $35 at the door.

You can purchase your tickets in-person and online. In-person ticket purchasing availability is: Monday – Thursday 9 am – 2 pm and Sundays here at church, in the Atrium.

You can pick your ticket/s up at the door on the night of the auction. If you pay in person, you will receive your tickets at time of payment.

Scan this QR code with your mobile device to buy tickets.

Can’t make it to the event? You can still bid on (and potentially win) a service or a seat at a dinner or anything listed in the catalog by emailing an absentee bid to Kay Meyer (kmeyer1104@gmail.com). You can also get an event-attending friend to be your proxy.

We again hope to raise significant funds to support the ongoing ministry of our church. We raise this money when YOU (church members and friends) donate goods, skills, dinners and services and others bid on your offerings.

We now need everyone to put their thinking caps on and decide what you can offer (either by yourself or  combined with others). Over the month we will be collecting this information and adding it to the catalog as seen in the link above.
