Practices for a Lived UU Life
May 27 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Wisdom, fundamentally, is knowing who you are, where you are, and what you’re trying to do or be. – by Gordon B McKeeman
Living our Unitarian Universalist values can be challenging in a world that constantly pulls us in many directions. Often, we haven’t had the chance to fully articulate our faith or explore how it shapes our daily lives. This Adult RE series offers hands-on sessions to bridge that gap, giving participants practical tools to bring UU values into everyday life.
Through guided exercises, participants will explore ways to share who they are and what Unitarian Universalism means to them, bring intention and meaning into daily routines, and create space for rest, renewal, and hope. Each session provides opportunities for reflection, small group discussion, and gentle practice to help these ideas take root in real life.
Themes:
- February: Elevator Speeches – Articulate your personal story and UU values with clarity.
- March: Rituals for Everyday Life – Introduce intention and meaning into daily routines.
- April: Sabbath & Rest – Develop practices that support balance and renewal.
- May: Cultivating Spiritual Inspiration – Deepen spiritual reflection and sustained engagement.
We’ll meet on the last Wednesday of each month, 6:30–8:00 pm, February–May, and each session is standalone; drop-ins are welcome.
