This Sunday we’ll talk about the pressure we put on ourselves and how we might start to relieve it. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis Month’s Ministry Partner\n\n\n\nOn the third weekend of each month\, our Sunday collection is given to a selected Ministry Partner who puts our mission statement into practice.  \n\n\n\nAs a congregation\, we continue to live our vision by volunteering at and donating to these influential community organizations and causes. \n\n\n\nThis month\, we’re proud to donate our Community Focus Collection to the Catholic Charities Daycare Center. DESCRIPTION:On the third weekend of each month\, our Sunday collection is given to a pre-selected Ministry Partner\, organization or cause\, like this one\, that puts our values into practice.  \n\n\n\nCatholic Charities is excited to announce the opening of their Day Center program! The Day Center will initially be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Good Shephard Shelter located within the Community Partners Campus.  Their commitment is to establish a sustainable program with the primary focus of building a capable team\, which involves hiring dedicated staff\, engaging passionate volunteers\, and forming partnerships with local service providers. The program’s ultimate aim is to expand operations to seven days a week providing a safe and supportive space for community members who are experiencing homelessness . DESCRIPTION:Join us at the beautiful Schwartz Lodge at Camp Manitowish\, on January 19-21\, for our annual Family Winter Retreat and a weekend full of sledding\, cross-country skiing\, snowshoeing\, indoor rock wall climbing\, great company\, and tons of fun! \n\n\n\nThe lodge fee is divided among participants and is $30/night/kid (17 & under) and $45/night/adult (18 & up) and families share the meal prep and food cost. There is space for 12 families and is open to families with or without children at home. \n\n\n\nFamilies can reserve their spot here.
