DESCRIPTION:On the third weekend of each month\, our Sunday collection is given to a pre-selected Ministry Partner\, organization or cause\, like this one\, that puts our values into practice.  \n\n\n\nLearn more about tomorrow’s Ministry Partner here: New Beginnings for Refugees    \n\n\n\nOur Wausau refugee community continues to grow with the addition of large numbers of families arriving in February and March. While this is usually a slower time of year for arrivals\, this year they are coming early like our spring weather. You can get an update on what’s happening as well as a very grateful thank you for all your past and future support. The collection will go to the pantry to enable it to continue stocking household goods for our newly arriving families from Burma\, Afghanistan\, Central Africa\, Syria and Guatemala and for setting up house kits for the new families.
