An event every week that begins at 3:30pm on Sunday, happening 6 times
Jean teaches a gentle Hatha yoga. Emphasis is placed on breath, proper alignment, and being in the present moment. All levels are welcome. Options are given for modifications or challenges. Your practice, your mat. Every body and everybody are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat (a few will be available if you need one).
No need to sign up or attend every session. Free will donations accepted.
