Loving-kindness Meditation class. Loving-kindness meditation is a practice that strives to cultivate feelings of goodwill, kindness and warmth. It begins by focusing inward, building warm feelings and positivity within ourselves before we spiral outward to the ultimate goal of cultivating and sending out feeling of love and kindness to all beings.
