Jean Miller will lead a 4-week (no class March 24) yoga class here in our Atrium. No need to sign up or attend every session. Free will donations appreciated. Jean Emphasizes breath and being in the moment. All levels are welcome. Options are given for modifications or challenges. Your practice, your mat. Every body and everybody are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat (a few will be available if you need one).
